Dr. M. James & Nancy Bensen Presidential Scholarship

Scholarship is to be awarded to incoming freshman at Bemidji State University. Multiple scholarships shall be awarded, with one being awarded to a student graduating from Win-E-Mac High School. If the Win-E-Mac school should no longer exist, this one scholarship should be awarded to the school system that serves that region.
