Dorothy Van Norman Library Scholarship

The purpose of the Dorothy Van Norman Library Services Scholarship and other Library Services Student Worker Scholarships is to reward undergraduate students who have worked for Minnesota State University, Mankato Library Services. Dorothy Van Norman Scholarships of $2,500 and several scholarships funded by Library Services of up to $2,500 will be awarded.

Applicant Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have worked for Library Services for at least two semesters (applicants can apply during their 2nd semester of work) and have at least one semester of school remaining before graduation. Students do not need to be currently working in Library Services to apply.
Applicants must be currently enrolled as full-time students*.
Priority is given to students who have not received a library services student worker scholarship.
The Dorothy Van Norman Scholarship requires a GPA of at least 3.0.
Applicants with a GPA lower than 3.0 will be considered for the other Library Services Student Worker Scholarships.
*Non-credit courses and non-credit Practical Training courses do not qualify.
