The recipient must be an enrolled full-time student, based on academic performance with a minimum of 27 ACT or minimum 3.7 GPA, must demonstrate leadership ability, financial need shall be considered, but not required, and recommendations from high school faculty and administrators. Apply with Office of Admission.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the qualifications in at least one of the following groups

Applicant High School GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.7.
Application status must be active.
Applicant must be a New Entering or Current student.
Applicant admission status must be Graduate Regular, Post Masters Regular, Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
OR
Applicant ACT Composite score must be greater than or equal to 27.
Application status must be active.
Applicant must be a Current or New Entering student.
Applicant admission status must be Graduate Regular, Post Masters Regular, Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
