Award Amount: Resident Tuition Rate

This award means that you’ll pay the Minnesota resident tuition rate rather than the non-resident tuition rate. Learn about the cost of attendance for international students.

How to Qualify:

You’ll be automatically considered for this scholarship with your application to Winona State.

The Cross-Cultural Scholarship is renewable for up to 9 semesters if you:

Enroll in the Cross-Cultural Outreach Program
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.50
