Overview
Established by Norma Hanson to honor MN's first female member of the U.S. Congress, Coya Knutson. For a full-time, second-year, TRF campus student going into Political Science/Government or involved in Student Senate.

Qualifications
Applicant must be a student at the Thief River Falls campus
Applicant must be enrolled full time (12+ credit hours)
Applicant must be a second-year student
Preference to a student who is on the Northland Student Senate
