College of Individualized Studies – Wisdom Endowed Scholarship
Overview
Scholarship Description:
Jane Jensen ’10 founded the Wisdom Scholarship to support Individualized Studies students “who want to pursue a deeper understanding of their lives as well as how they fit into the world.” Jane would joke that her early college experiences gave her enough credits for a Ph.D., but she didn’t have the right predefined combination of credits to get a bachelor’s degree. That was until she found Metro State. Jane passed away in 2016, but thanks to her generosity and the support of her friends, family, fellow alumni, and Metropolitan State faculty and staff the Wisdom Scholarship will help College of Individualized Studies students for many years to come.
The average award amount is $1,000.
