Incoming freshman or transfer student with good academic record (if a new entering freshman, high school GPA; if a new entering transfer student, upload transcript from previous institution in the Academic Record Questions of the general application) 2. Enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received. Financial need and leadership potential will be considered (on the general scholarship application answer the Leadership question)
