1. Undergraduate or graduate student admitted in Special Education program for initial licensure to teach in Minnesota 2. Overall GPA 3.0 or higher 3. Financial Need 4. Demonstrated involvement in community or extracurricular activities as detailed on general scholarship application 5. Enrolled full time if an undergraduate student and at least half time if a graduate student; Additional consideration given to a first generation college student (parents did not attend college).
