This scholarship was donated by Bill and Stacie Mulso. It is for a full-time, new entering student that exhibits the enthusiasm and drive to be a true Mustang. Preference will be given to a student from Marshall High School.

Applicant must be a New Entering student.
Applicant status must be Undergraduate Regular.
