This scholarship is designate for a returning SMSU student who is enrolled full time and majoring in Elementary Education.

Qualifications
Applicant must be majoring in Elementary Education.
Applicant must be enrolled Full-Time.
Applicant must be a current student.
Applicant admission status must be Undergraduate Regular, Graduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree, or Post Masters Regular.
