Qualifications
Applicant must be majoring in EMS - Paramedic
Do you have a letter of recommendation to upload?
Please provide your Current GPA (example: 2.90)
Are you transferring to a 4 year college or university next fall? (Fall 2022) If yes, we only have 3 scholarships.
