Allen and Marcella Ista Memorial Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship must be an incoming student majoring in Environmental Science. Student must have played high school basketball for a minimum of two years and plan to participate in student activities or athletics while at RCTC. Applicant must complete an essay question of 250 words or less "What are your future plans after you graduate from RCTC?"
