AFSCME Local #753 Scholarship

1. Full dues paying member of AFSCME Local #753 in good standing OR their spouse OR their eligible dependent (must answer AFSCME questions in Miscellaneous portion of general scholarship application) 2. Enrolled for credits at St. Cloud State University and meets union affiliation requirements during the term the scholarship is disbursed; Additional consideration given to students who have not received the scholarship in the past.
